Vatra Dornei hosted the 2nd entrepreneurial training session in June 25th-28th, 2009. This activity is included in the project “NAP TURISM BUCOVINA Active Nature Parks in Bucovina” and focuses on:

The training session was organised in Sucevita, on June 6th-7th, 2009. It provided, updated and supplemented the knowledge and information needed for business undertaking.

The training course applied the CEFE method (Competency based Economies through Formation of Enterprise), a complex set of training tools that apply action-oriented methods as well as experimental and empirical learning in order to develop the managerial and personal skills of a wide range of target groups, as part of the economic development and job creating process.

The four day module was conducted by the CEFE trainers who successfully applied the curriculum.

Objectives:

The TOT programme for active tourism guides was organised in Suceava, on 22nd-25th May 2009. The programme provided the training for guides who will be able to provide information on the mountainous region of Bucovina, as well as the active tourism activities.

The training courses were held by a foreign professional employed by Kiefer Consulting, the company appointed to implement Nature Active Park/Nature Fitness Park.

Objectives:

The seminar focusing on ecological education and understanding nature was held in Vatra Dornei on 11th-13th May, 2009.

The seminar focused on training 12 individuals (9 from the Suceava region and 3 from Chernovtsy local guides or rangers, young graduates or professionals of national parks), providing information on understanding nature, protecting the environment and ecology.
